Photo Deadlines for 2026 Shows

Every year I get several clients getting photos done with their horses to use in ads for their big shows throughout the year. This is my reminder to you of when your session need to take place based on my turn around times. Please note this does not take in account your ad designer’s turn around times so please keep that in mind too when booking your sessions.

• Level 1 Championships - take photos by end of March

• Paint World Show - take photos by early April

• Pinto World Show - take photos by end of April

• POA Congress - take photos by end of April

• AQHYA World Show - take photos by end of May

• NSBA World Show - take photos by end of beginning of June

• All American Quarter Horse Congress - take photos by end of August

• AQHA World Show - take photos by end of September

• Appaloosa World Show - take photos by end of September

• Color Breed Congress - take photos by end of September
