Professional Copyright + Full Print Use Release

• The bearer of this notice has the right own full resolution sized images with the release share both digitally and in print from their purchase with Tisha Pol Photography. They are granted permission to print the images and make an unlimited number of prints at any size, for personal and their professional use only.

• Images posted to any form of social media or being displayed on your own personal website may not be altered in any way. This includes but not limited to applying filters, using ai to alter images, or additional editing done by yourself or someone other than Tisha Pol Photography.

• Use of images for your personal show or your own business ads is acceptable as long credit is given somewhere on the ad — it does not need to be next to the photos. For a PNG copy of the Tisha Pol signature to send to ad designer, please reach out get a copy via email.

• The bearer agrees that they may not use any Tisha Pol Photography images for commercial or editorial purposes without further permission from Tisha Pol Photography. Commercial use is defined as selling or submitting images to be used in ad campaigns for businesses you do not own or associations/organizations that need to acquire additional copyright release from Tisha Pol Photography.

• This agreement does not include the use of the images for financial gain such as selling images to stock photography sites or entering into any type of competition without further permission from Tisha Pol Photography.

• Tisha Pol Photography retains the copyright to all images, per USC Title 17 (US Copyright Law). This form is extending the right to the bearer for printing and sharing the images from their purchase for use listed above.
