MINI SESSION OPTIONS

Booking a mini session at the Iowa State Fair with your horse offers a unique opportunity to capture vibrant, dynamic portraits in a lively setting that are a perfect addition to arena photos. Check out the two package options below —

  • 20 minute session in the barn area of the fairgrounds and includes at least 15 fully edited images delivered in a private online gallery with limited print release.

    $300 (reg. 400)

  • 10 minute session in the barn area of the fairgrounds and includes at least 7 fully edited images delivered in a private online gallery with limited print release.

    $200 (reg. 300)

    • limited session times available - first come basis

    • session times may vary with showtimes changing

    • deposit and session agreement required to reserve session date/time

    • photos are delivered after the completion of fair, full timeline will be outlined in your session agreement

Video Content Packages

Arena photos are cool and all but having high quality video of your time in the show ring is even better! Check out the video packages available to you during the fair and some sample videos below —

  • High quality video coverage of one class of your choice. Includes basic color correction but no additional editing or music. You choose vertical or horizontal format.

  • Add additional class videos for discounted rate. Includes basic color correction but no additional editing or music. You choose vertical or horizontal format.

  • Have your class video(s) edited into a montage perfect for Reels/Tiktok with speed changes. Can be set to royalty free music or silent for you to choose your own.

  • Have a personal paparazzi follow you around all day capturing every moment in and outside the arena. You will get both photo + video behind the scenes content from show prep to the warm-up pen to the show arena and everything in between. Limited spots available per day and package limited to one family (up to two exhibitors).

    • videos are shot in 120fps for the perfect slow-mo clips of your horse’s movement

    • videos are delivered in 1080p perfectly formatted for web use (4k available for additional fee)

    • you can choose to have the videos filmed in landscape (horizontal) or portrait (vertical) mode

    • prepayment required for all video packages to guarantee video coverage

    • videos are delivered via private google drive link
